5 Seeds Dwarf Organic Pomelo Citrus {Citrus Maxima}
To germinate Citrus maxima (Pomelo) seeds, start by scarifying the seeds by gently scratching the outer surface with a nail file or a piece of sandpaper to help water penetrate. Then, soak the seeds in a cup of warm water (around 75°F to 85°F) for 24 hours. After soaking, plant the seeds about 1/4 inch deep in a well-draining seed starting mix, such as a mix specifically designed for citrus seeds. Water gently and keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Provide indirect light and maintain a temperature of around 70°F to 80°F. It may take 1-3 months for the seeds to germinate, and once they do, provide bright, indirect light and continue to keep the soil moist.
